Programul arhitectural al acestui proiect a fost cel de camin studentesc, motiv pentru care am dorit sa evidentiam prin volumetrie functiunea acestei cladiri si anume sa redam prin jocul folosit in fatada ,viata activa si agitata a studentilor. Conceptul folosit este o alternanta de retrageri si iesiri in consola a fatadei din zona nord-vest, un joc de “cutii” care subliniaza de altfel camerele studentilor si totodata ofera datorita deschiderii generoase o buna luminozitate camerelor.
Modul in care ne-am legat de cladirea alaturata, modul de acoperire, inaltimea acesteia (ridicarea pana la cornisa cladirii de alaturi) precum si folosirea unor materiale diferite pentru finisarea fatadelor incadreaza cladirea in contextul urban si delimiteaza zona de zi de zona de noapte.
The architectural program of this project is student housing,therefore came out the reason why we wanted to highlight through the volumetry the function of this building and to express through the game used in the facade the active and restless life of the students.The concept used was the alternation of the outputs in console and the withdrawals of the North-West facade, a game of little boxes which highlights the rooms and also gives a good luminosity inside the rooms thanks to the generous openings.
The way we linked to the neighbour building, the roof , the height and even the materials used on the facades situates the building in the urban context and separates the day zone from the night zone.
