Proiectarea
acestui complex de locuinte colective din zona Mantuleasa are ca scop
integrarea unei noi comunitati in
tesutul urban haotic existent, rezultat din amestecul diferitelor stiluri
arhitecturale de-alungul timpului.
Am dorit sa cream
un dialog cu fatadele ce formeaza
frontul strazii Mantuleasa si sa gasim astfel
un corespondent volumetric care sa urmareasca linia modernista a fatadelor. Analiza
arhitecturala a acestora a fost cea care ne-a ajutat sa definim conceptul ,
oferindu-ne cadrul necesar predimensionarii volumelor si a spatiilor, atat
inspre strada cat si in curtea interioara, unde ne-am dorit sa realizam o
atmosfera mai intima, destinata , in principal, noii comunitati.
Curtea interioara
prezinta mai multe puncte de acces si este strabatuta de circulatie pietonala,
de trasee prestabilite care sa faciliteze deplasarea dintr-un colt intr-altul
al complexului.Apartamentele sunt organizate de-alungul a 8 noduri de
circulatie care totodata realizeaza si legatura cu parcarea subterana.
The design of
this complex of dwellings from Mantuleasa Area aims to integrate a new
community into the chaotic existing urban tissue which resulted from the mixture of the
different architectural styles over time.
We wanted to
create a dialogue with the front facades along Mantuleasa Street and this way
to find such a corresponding volume
which follows the modernist line of the facades. The architectural
analysis of the facades was the one who helped us define the concept, offering
us the necessary frame for predimensioning
of the volumes and of the spaces, both towards the street and in the
courtyard, where we wanted to achieve a more intimate atmosphere, mainly for
the new communities.
The inner
courtyard has several access points and it’s crossed by pedestrian circulation
in order to simplify the movement from
one corner of the complex to the other. The apartments are organised along 8
circulation knots which also connects with the underground parking.
